::I was impressed at the welcome I got at the front desk. Waiting to pay my bill was a bit long, but then having to wait even loner for a customer representative was extremely long. When I got to Claire, I could see why I had to wait soo long. She was extremely professional and I found out immediately that I only was not only given wrong information on December 29, but my instructions were not carried out for my service to be disconnected. Luckily, I had a paid receipt to show I was in the office. The service was NOT turned off as requested and was on all that time with no one using it or in the house. She immediately turned it off, but Flow's service was down so she was unable to complete the transaction, but was told by back office the time and date has been noted and try in the morning and that I will not be disadvantaged. At every turn she told me what she was doing and I left the office feeling good. I spent about 2 hours in there, but it was well worth it as I came away feeling satisfied. Perhaps the training she was given about the company's services should be given to ALL employees as some of them really don't know and has been giving customers like me false information and not carrying out the instructions that will make them pay Flow money unnecessarily. Well done Claire and keep up the wonderful work you are doing on behalf of Flow.
