  Location and facilities are good when available, however a lot went wrong during our stay and no gesture or apology was made at any point during our stay for the various issues. Food is of poor quality from the restaurants and room service menus and very overpriced. Drinks are incredibly expensive but quite watery or full of sugar. Cocktails are not great and again very expensive. Staff are generally friendly but not always helpful or solution focussed if anything goes wrong. The pool was taken over by a local school one morning for a swimming lesson.... not what you would expect from a supposed 5☆ resort! Not relaxing or appropriate.

  Spending two weeks here for business. Good rooms; Amazing views. Restaurants are a little pricey but expected at a hotel. Staff has been great only a few minor issues that were quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend.

  Wonderful hotel. Most beautiful beach area. Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful and caring. My family got food poisoning at a local restaurant and both our hotel waitress and house keeping got us soda water with bitters to drink to stay hydrated and calm our stomachs. House keeping also kept an eye on the comings and goings of our teenage girls. Asked them where momma or daddy was when seen without their parents. I felt it was very important to the staff that we had a good time at the hotel and in Barbados. Highly recommend a vacation here.

  Nice Hilton, however the food options could stand some improvement. Perhaps the food was more geared toward a UK taste and not a US one, but it seemed bland to me. The grounds were beautiful, the beach entry on site was nice but the No Swimming flags were in effect for our entire 7 day stay. We did find other beaches that were calm and beautiful. Additionally this Hilton property is a bit isolated from the rest of the tourist areas and I feel suffers from that. Once you've exhausted the hotels offerings (this won't take long) you have to leave the grounds to find other entertainment and dining. It would have been nice if they were closer together.

  Would give 5 stars if the food in the main dining area were better. I went for breakfast my first day there and was surprised to discover breakfast was $65 pp. I was so upset at the taste of the dishes. The only thing partly edible is the made to order omelette. We ended up paying for a room upgrade to an executive suite which came with access to a separate dining area on the 8th floor. That breakfast was way more pleasant. Food by the beach is great. For dinner, go to st Lawrence gap to a place called cocktail kitchen. Otherwise, hotel is great. Staff is very pleasant. Grounds are clean. Would definitely return
