Typical mid sized bajan supermarket. However i would recommend buying fruit and veg from the larger stores or the sellers outside in speightstown they have better selections at lower prices. Their prices on Rum are good, so thats worth noting
Good place to shop for groceries and household items. It doesnt have an extensive selection of goods but the service makes up for it. Parking is limited.
A traditional supermarket in the sense that there are made available most items that would stock a likwise traditional family home. There is not much that really stands out physically at this location, altogether it makes for pleasant enough environnment, the supermarket is kept well stocked and selections vary widely, it is functional for every day usages. The location is central and accessible to all transportation needs and the prices are what you might term average in comparison to more heavily touted locations. In addition, a small shopping area is readily accessible to, say, more specialities such as handmade jewellry along with a selection of small, cosy dining spaces serving more health oriented menus. Beyond this type range one should be able to seek out alternative locations.
Good supply of most common shopping items. It's not a supermarket, consider it a small grocery store. They carry most staples such as chicken, vegetables, and baking items. Good snack food selection. Very good wine/beer/spirits selection. The few times we visited the card reader was "broken" and cash was required. When you're close to Speighstown you have little option. A plus is locals set up farmers style market on the sidewalk in town so vegetables can be purchased there also.
