::Prices are very competitive compared to other supermarkets. Convenient shopping hours and lots of cashiers available makes getting in and out a breeze. Parking is easy and safe.

::Staff friendly and helpful however lack of cashiers at times still a challenge and some customers stated they rather go Massey and pay extra than stay in the long lines .. That's my major issue despite that I still stay and shop however this issue needs your urgent attention

::Products and prices are good. Parking layout and circulation excellent. Internal circulation not the best especially in respect of checkout lines

::Prices are pretty reasonable. They can do more to improve on their variety and presentation of ground provisions, fruits and vegetables. The supervisory staff are pretty helpful when you enquire about an Item not on the shelf; have always checked the warehouse to verify if my particular item was in stock and at times have furnished me with it from the stock room.

::The prices are very economical on 90% - 95% of the items there. At peak times parking or finding a trolley could be a challenge. Some checkout lines move faster than others. I find it best to shop with a partner and let them shop with a basket or trolley and intermittently bring items to the trolley that I am holding inaa checkout line that i joined early (as soon as I enter) or vice versa... This is holding a spot essentially and reduces overall shopping time.
